In order to place an order through the website www.i-drive.rent, you must be over 18 years old.
Items in the shopping cart are not reserved until the order has been sent and confirmed by CAT MOTORS d.o.o. by email to your address.
Contract and order confirmation
When you order products on the website, binding CAT MOTORS d.o.o. the purchase contract is created after you receive the order confirmation from the company to the email address you provided (Order Confirmation). You will receive an order confirmation by email when CAT MOTORS processes the order and receives the payment.
Payment and currency
All prices on the website are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices are subject to change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
The prices from the day the customer places the order remain valid throughout the entire purchase process.
The company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. may from time to time offer promotional discounts with or without a promotional code. Promotions with a code are generally only valid once and once the code is used, it will be deactivated and no longer valid.
Discounts are calculated at the time of purchase confirmation.
Discounts cannot be added to the order after the order has been confirmed. Therefore, you must check that the voucher is registered before confirming the purchase and payment. The company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for promotional codes or promotions posted on other websites.
The company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or promotional codes at any time.
When a campaign or promotion is published by CAT MOTORS d.o.o. in printed or digital format, the company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. does not allow the combination of several different promotions. The company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. therefore, in case of misuse of the campaign or promotion, reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.

Monri Payments d.o.o. is an eCommerce service provider that provides high-quality services in accepting and processing transactions electronically. The Monri platform is known as a widely used online payment system, which offers financial institutions and merchants from all over the world a wide range of simple, innovative and functionally rich solutions for processing financial transactions. Additionally, Monri is an ISO/MSP, Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) and Payment Facilitator for Visa and MasterCard registered by clients in the Southeast Europe region. The payment platform and all processes are licensed under the PCI DSS Level1 standard.

All bank card payments will be made in euro (EUR).

Regardless of which bank card you have and with which bank, you can make a payment in our online shop with high security of card payments.
When ordering the product, you can choose the option to make the payment when picking up the product, the so-called cash on delivery payment.
Complaints
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description stated on
www.tvrtka.hr. The image illustrating the product on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product
and the customer cannot advertise this segment.
In case of technical malfunction of the audio tracks stored on the audio transmitter, the seller takes over
full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the customer is obliged to advertise the product within 4 (four)
working days. After reporting a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to send it back by mail, along with the delivery note
technically defective audio transmitter, after which the seller will send it to the buyer within 3 (three) working days
replacement product, free of charge. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but
replacement product only.
The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (company
which performs product delivery operations).
If the customer chooses the product download option and the customer is unable to download due to technical issues
problems caused on the seller’s server, the seller undertakes to send an electronic mail with a new one
download options for which the customer does not bear any costs.
In the event that the customer is not able to complete the download even then, which is caused by technical problems on
to the seller’s server, the buyer is obliged to contact the seller’s sales service about this, which will offer
an adequate solution that will not contain any compensation and further costs from the customer. The customer does not
the right to ask for a refund in this situation.
