Flexibility

Long-term vehicle rental is intended for individuals or legal entities, so that depending on the current needs, we can adjust the number of vehicles in your fleet. Unlike other financing methods, you are not bound by a contractual obligation with the long-term rental service. With a long-term rental, your balance is not burdened, you only pay for the number of days you use the vehicle, you have control over expenses and a guarantee that, if you return the vehicle before the agreed time, you will not incur additional costs.

Simplicity

If your business is seasonal, with a long-term vehicle rental you can optimize your costs according to the periods you plan. Unlike leasing, without the need for additional capital or financial approval, if you need a larger or smaller number of vehicles, you can rent a vehicle in a very short period of time, without prior notice or planning.

No, when contracting the rental service, we adjust the conditions to your needs, but if there are changes, you only pay for the number of days you used the vehicle.

The standard offer refers to 3000 kilometers per month, but we make the offer individually and it can be adjusted.

We issue long-term rental invoices to legal entities at the end of the calendar month in order to facilitate the posting and tracking of expenses. Individual users can pay their bills according to the dynamics they choose.

We can offer a vehicle for one user, as well as vehicles for the needs of larger fleets, from 1 to +100 vehicles. The minimum duration of the vehicle rental according to the terms of the business offer is 30 days.

Of course, exchange for another vehicle is possible at any time.

Payment insurance is mandatory, via credit card for individual and smaller users. Other forms of payment insurance may be considered, and for all the details, feel free to contact us.

Rental conditions

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

 

A deposit will be blocked on the customer’s credit card until the end of the rental period.

CREDIT CARD HOLD:
i-Drive will preauthorize an amount from the driver’s credit card as a deposit for guarantee equal to the amount of the insurance waiver. The amount of the deposit varies according to the car group and will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. Please note that the refund can take up to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The deposit amount must be taken on a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details. All cards presented must be in the renters’ name. A security deposit will be blocked to the credit card plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup.

The deposit that will be blocked on the card will be released by the cardholder’s bank, upon its notification after vehicle return.

Required deposit amount per car category:

1200€ for car groups MINI, ECONOMY CLASS

1500€ for car groups COMPACT, INTERMEDIATE, CROSSOVER

2200€ for car groups SUV, MINI VAN (7 SEATS)

4000€ for car groups PASSENGER VAN (9 SEATS) PREMIUM, LUXURY

*Renter must use a credit card at the time of rental in his or her own name for the payment of the deposit.

    You’ll have to pay at most the deductible if the car’s bodywork is damaged (other parts of the car aren’t covered).
