Data privacy protection


In order to successfully process the order, we need the orderer’s first and last name, residential address, e-mail address and phone number. With the help of the mentioned data, we can deliver the desired goods, as well as inform clients about the current status of the order.

On behalf of CAT MOTORS d.o.o. we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers (users) and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from the mailing list. All data on customers/users is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need the data to perform regular activities. All employees of CAT MOTORS d.o.o. are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. We undertake not to use the collected data for other purposes, nor forward them to third parties.

In addition to the above data, we collect, analyze and process data about products that our visitors search for and buy, as well as about the pages they visit. We use this data to improve the offer and appearance of our pages and enable users to use it more easily, make shopping safer and more comfortable.

Use of cookies

The company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. uses “cookies” to help users adapt the use of the Internet to their needs. A cookie is a text file that is placed on the hard drive of the user’s computer by the web server. Cookies cannot be used to launch a program or deliver a virus to a user’s computer. They are uniquely assigned to users and can only be read by the web server in the domain that sent them to you. One of the basic purposes of cookies is to provide conveniences that will save you time.

The use of our services implies the user’s agreement with the specified terms of use. The company CAT MOTORS d.o.o. undertakes to comply with all of the above, and all changes to the conditions become valid only after they are published on this page and an e-mail notification is sent to all registered users.

Rental conditions

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

 

A deposit will be blocked on the customer’s credit card until the end of the rental period.

Accepted Debit cards (for payment only) with the main driver’s full name on them:

Not Accepted:

  • Someone else’s card (including family members)

  • Any virtual payment (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc..)
  • Any Revolut Card

CREDIT CARD HOLD:
i-Drive will preauthorize an amount from the driver’s credit card as a deposit for guarantee equal to the amount of the insurance waiver. The amount of the deposit varies according to the car group and will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise. Please note that the refund can take up to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The deposit amount must be taken on a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details. All cards presented must be in the renters’ name. A security deposit will be blocked to the credit card plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup.

The deposit that will be blocked on the card will be released by the cardholder’s bank, upon its notification after vehicle return.

Required deposit amount per car category:

1200€ for car groups MINI, ECONOMY CLASS

1500€ for car groups COMPACT, INTERMEDIATE, CROSSOVER

2200€ for car groups SUV, MINI VAN (7 SEATS)

4000€ for car groups PASSENGER VAN (9 SEATS) PREMIUM, LUXURY

*Renter must use a credit card at the time of rental in his or her own name for the payment of the deposit.

This section only concerns payment; a credit card may be required for the security deposit.

    Deductible:

    You’ll have to pay at most the deductible if the car’s bodywork is damaged (other parts of the car aren’t covered).
  • Theft Protection
    You’ll have to pay at most the deductible if the car is stolen.
  • Roadside Assistance
    You’ll be able to get help for any mechanical problem you come across on the road.
  • Third Party Liability (TPL)

    Limit: £ 1046773.42

    Mandatory coverage for injuries and damage you may cause to others while driving the car.
